More info... When I hop out of bed, whether I have been lying supine for seven minutes reading or seven hours snoring, drooling and dreaming, I do a sort of defrosting-of-the-back dance, grimace and hobble for about three steps, and/or 30 seconds. Then, having either loosened up or accepted the pain, I get moving with my plans, assuming I can remember them.
